Orders

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
• Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
• Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after 2 days.
• Please ensure that your shipping details are correct before checking out, as we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
• Once your order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• If you have any concerns about your order, feel free to send us a DM on Instagram or contact us before your order is shipped.

Shipping

• We ship nationwide within the Philippines.
• Standard shipping fees apply:
  ₱100 – Metro Manila
  ₱150 – Rest of Luzon
  ₱250 – Visayas & Mindanao
• Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer.
• Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days – Metro Manila, 5–10 business days – Outside Metro Manila
• Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchanges are only available for: Wrong size and Garment defects
• Exchanges requested after 5 days from the delivery date will not be accommodated.
• We do not accept exchanges due to a change of mind.
• Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer and may be sent using the courier of their choice.

Craftsmanship

• Our fabrics are carefully sourced from overseas, while every garment is patterned, cut, and stitched in the Philippines.
• Each piece is designed in the Philippines and thoughtfully crafted by a small local factory with only two tailors.
• Every capiz shell button is hand-sewn, reflecting the time and care that goes into each garment.
• As a small-batch brand, slight variations or imperfections may occur—these are a natural part of the handmade process and make every piece unique.
• We use premium-quality materials and finishes, which are reflected in our pricing.
